If you have modded, tried to modd or attempted to self fix your Xbox 360, rates below do not apply. Please contact us and let us know what has been done to your system and the error it now has. We can usually fix these problems, but they are more expensive because of labor time.

Drive Repair is usually under $60 This includes games not loading because of a bad laser or drive door will not open. If you have recently changed your DVD ROM drive, please include your original drive with the console when bringing it in for repair.

As many of you know, the Microsoft Xbox 360 is flawed by design, which is usually caused by a bad solder joint connection between the GPU chip and the motherboard, which was caused from the motherboard heating up and flexing during the heating and cooling cycles. We offer a solution below for these problems.

RROD -- $45 Reflow option (Reflow Station with Flux)- we will fix it up to 2 times if it happens again within 6 months (effective on all repairs from 7/18/09 and after). We have had a very high success rate, but there is a chance this will not be a permanent fix because of the System Board design that was used on these systems. Please do not believe other sites that guarantee otherwise. Return shipping is not included in guarantee.
